📋 DMCA Notice Requirements
If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on SEORDP infringes your copyright, please provide a DMCA notice containing:

A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list of such works.
2️⃣ Identification of Infringing Material
The URL or specific location on SEORDP where the allegedly infringing material is located, so we can locate and remove it.
3️⃣ Your Contact Information
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
4️⃣ Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5️⃣ Accuracy Statement Under Penalty of Perjury
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6️⃣ Physical or Electronic Signature
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

🔄 Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- ✓ Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- ✓ Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- ✓ A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
- ✓ Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- ✓ Your physical or electronic signature
